For our every clients we follow a personalised approach that begins with a discovery call to understand your specific needs. After the discovery call, we will provide a detailed proposal and contract outlining the project scope, pricing, and timeline.

  • 50% Advance Payment: Upon accepting the proposal and signing the contract, the client is required to pay 50% of the total project cost before work can begin. This serves as a deposit to cover initial project costs.

  • 50% Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due prior to the delivery of the final design file or launching the site. Once the Project has been approved and finalised by the client, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. The final deliverables will be provided after the balance is cleared.

  • Invoices: Invoices for custom orders will be issued for both the initial deposit and the final payment. All invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe indicated on the invoice (typically 7-14 days).

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the client cancels the project before production starts, the advance payment may be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee.
